I used Hillman Plumbing to fix the valves in the two bathrooms in my house. Tony came out and did an excellent job. He was very professional and gave me great suggestions to fix the problem that I had. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues.

We had those despicable Polybutylene Pipes which is why we decided to move forward with completing a whole house copper re-pipe. We called several places and Joe Hillman’s was the one that just stuck out. We knew going in that they weren’t the cheapest but the efficiency and quality of work was excellent (based on the reviews), so we went for it! So now here is our review. I must say I am very satisfied with the service and outcome. The service was impeccable, the guys were extremely professional and communicative. They made sure I was aware of any issues they encountered during the job, what was completed for the day and what to expect for the next day. Each morning they arrived at the set time and began work immediately. Throughout the job process they were completely focused. I really felt I was dealing with professionals, and that is a great feeling! As for the job itself, there are such clean cuts to the wall and the pipes are laid out so beautifully, it’s like an art piece. Very impressive! I would like to thank Anthony, JJ and team for all your hard work and teamwork! You all work together so wonderfully and ensured that the job was done and done right! We are extremely happy with the outcome!

I found out on the evening of Friday, April 11th that we no longer had hot water! When checking the water heater in it’s location there was also a burned smell that caused serious concern. On Saturday afternoon I researched Angie’s List and realized that there was a nearby water heater service company. I contacted this company on Sunday and was already impressed by the customer phone service provided. An appointment was made for the next business day April 14th. The service mgr was prompt, professional and as well very genuinely honest regarding the service that would be needed as well cost! Overall, the service rendered was professional. He respected my space, did the job in a timely manner, and left my home 100% cleaned up. Would I use this company in the future, most definitely! I will definitely recommend them as well.

The install stall went well. The installer was an hour late arriving but he did call at 10:30 am and said he should arrive in 30-60 minutes. He arrived 90 minutes after the call. It took about 3 hours to complete the install which was longer than I expected, but the installer said it took a long time to drain the old water heater (seemed like a logical explanation since the water heater was over 15 years old). In the end, I was happy with the finished product and the hot water was flowing afterwards.

Drained the old water heater. Installed the new water heater. swept up. disposed of the old water heater. Very efficient and very professional. Next deal I will buy for my father’s condo,
